I’m Daniel Santos, founder of Santos Tacos. I was inspired to make this taco business because I simply wanted to bring authentic Mexican food to Parkview. I remember I used to help my mom sell tacos in Church whenever we had something referred to “pro templo”. This time, however, I decided I wanted to do it on my own so that I could see how well I could do on my own.
